Entry level positions within HR usually start at a salary of around €30,000 per annum. HR directors can expect to earn from €90,000 to more than €130,000 per annum. Compensation depends on the level of experience you have, the skills you can offer and the organisation type and sector in which you work.

Soft skills that employers are looking for include communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to implement change, flexibility and adaptability, problem-solving and critical thinking.
