As the HR Manager, you will join a leading company in the retail industry. Your new company is fast-paced, growing and passionate about people. Your new company is based in Limerick with parking available. This role is office based. Your new company requires you to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your new role
As the HR Manager, you will be a key contributor in various areas throughout the business. You will provide advice and support regarding Employee Relations. Partner with the team to continually ensure all policies are met. You will ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws. You will ensure absence, timekeeping grievances and discipline procedures are communicated and dealt with effectively. You will manage payroll, supported by the wider team. Ensure high levels of employee engagement and wellbeing. Deal with customer queries and complaints ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a relevant HR certification as well as 3+ years’ experience working in a busy HR environment. You will have experience of working in stand-alone roles or as part of a small team. You will have strong knowledge of HR Principles & employment Law. You will have excellent attention to detail and advanced knowledge of MS Office and HRIS.
