Overseeing Industrial Relations, updating policies, and managing Employee Relations
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of HR experience in a Generalist capacity.
- Third-level qualification in HR.
- International recruitment experience for mid-senior level roles.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and unionised settings.
- Proficiency in payroll operations.
