Your new company
You will be joining a global company, expanding in Limerick with exciting potential for further growth. This is a 6-month contract position based in Limerick City with a hybrid working model.
Your new role
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with stakeholders within the business to ensure smooth onboarding of staff
- Managing employee relations, being the first line of contact, conducting investigations and making recommendations in line with company policies and Irish labour law.
- Providing HR support across the business, including performance management, policies and offboarding
- Working closely with the HR team on initiatives and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Providing support on a range of HR matters
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a HR Generalist, demonstrating a strong understanding of Irish employment law and best practices. You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly analytical and solution-oriented.
