My own Hays journey is a good example of all that Hays can offer its employees. I joined Hays in 2006 and worked my way up to lead our businesses in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. I relocated to the UK in 2014 where I was responsible for our operations in the West and Wales regions, and then Ireland too. I was proud to be appointed Managing Director of Hays UK & Ireland in 2018.
