Our Pride Network is for LGBTQ+ employees and allies who work with the wider business to champion LGBTQ+ inclusion and Hays' values, supporting a workplace culture where people can be confident that their voices will be heard, their opinions respected and can always be their authentic selves at work.

Building strong relationships is central to our culture, and it’s vital that all our people can be their authentic selves and empowered to achieve success throughout their entire careers. Our REACH Network is key to this vision. Standing for ‘Recognising and Enabling All colleagues and Conditions at Hays’, it exists to support and connect any of our people living with long term ill health, disability or injury – visible or invisible.

We appreciate it’s not just differently abled persons that require support, but carers too. Recognising the vital – yet too-often overlooked – role carers play in our society, we’re dedicated to helping you balance your caring responsibilities with work. Our Hays Carer’s Forum provides peer to peer guidance, with quarterly drop-in sessions where you can confidentially talk about your situation and find support from others when you need it most.

The Women Empowerment and Leadership Network is dedicated to creating an environment that connects, inspires, and supports our members, underpinned by the principle of inclusion, gender balance and shaped by positive purpose. Providing women a voice through networking opportunities, shared ideas and tailored resources, our mission is to build a community of female colleagues who are empowered to realise their personal and professional ambitions.
