There’s no question that a more inclusive workplace can lead to greater diversity in terms of how people are represented – but an inclusive workplace also influences how people show up, and the thoughts and opinions that they’re willing to offer.
Holistic inclusivity at work can provide a safe environment for differing ideas, passions and perspectives to be shared, nurtured and given the opportunity to flourish. A diverse team is better able to represent a diverse audience, forging stronger, richer bonds with your internal and external communities.
