It’s now been over a year since the trial of a four-day week concluded in Ireland. Most of the participating organisations have chosen not to return to a five-day working week, but has this corresponded to a wider change in attitudes amongst other employers?
To get an up-to-date idea of the current state of play, we surveyed over 1,000 professionals and employers to find out whether the four-day week is growing in popularity, how it’s impacting candidate attraction strategies, and the challenges leaders believe it presents.
