HR Administrator | Permanent | €33,000-€50,000 DOE | Dublin City/Hybrid

Your new company

As HR Administrator, you will join a professional team in a membership-led trade union that is responsible for protecting the rights and pay of its members. Your new office is located in Dublin City and is easily accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis. You will have a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office.

Your new role

As HR Administrator, you will work closely with the Director of HR & Staff Development, providing administrative support.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to, using a range of technology tools, including HRIS, Microsoft Office (including Forms and Teams), to ensure that employee data is accurate and up-to-date. You will also assist with a wide range of functions within Human Resources, including recruitment, administration, onboarding and offboarding, helping to administer a range of staff benefits, logistical and administrative support for training and development activities, and helping to direct staff, job candidates, and others to resources and information. You will be required to cover reception occasionally.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant administrative experience. Experience providing administrative support within a HR capacity is advantageous but not essential. You will also have proficiency using MS Office; previous database management experience would be beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on a broad range of tasks and prioritise your workload is essential. A keen eye for detail and strong organisation skills are necessary. Demonstrated judgement and discretion in handling sensitive information and situations is required.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar administrative position with proficient administrative skills, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
