Both public and private sectors and organisations, including pharmaceutical clients, universities, hospitals, and schools. Our client offers all non-core business services, from cleaning to building maintenance.
Your New Company
Our client is currently recruiting an Electrical Technical Coordinator to join the Dublin-based team. As a member of the maintenance and operations team, the successful candidate applicant will support our clients' electrical and control services and make sure that operations, maintenance, and repairs are completed in accordance with applicable SLAs, SOPs, and GxP criteria as needed.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for fulfilling service-level agreements and addressing emergency failures around the site, performing routine preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks that are produced on work orders.
- To guarantee the proper and efficient functioning of the electrical and control systems both on-site and at other client locations
- To ascertain requirements in a courteous, proactive, and professional manner, it is necessary to coordinate and communicate with end users or customers as needed.
- Create a standardised PM framework for each site building, specify and acquire supplies or materials as needed for the job, and keep an eye on any necessary modifications.
- Carry out routine and plan tasks on a range of different sectors which may include civil repairs on roadways or buildings, furniture or equipment removal, carpentry, plumbing, painting, joinery, landscaping, window, drain or gutter cleaning, sweeping, snow or ice clearance, door maintenance and fire extinguisher checks, general waste clearance.
