Recruitment Coordinator - Public Sector | 11 Months | €36500 | Dublin City/Hybrid

Your new company

As Recruitment Coordinator, you will join a professional team in one of Ireland’s most reputable independent statutory authorities within Health & Social Care. Your new office is located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on an 11-month basis with a view to extension. You will have a hybrid work model, 1–2 days in the office.

Your new role

As Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting all stages of the recruitment lifecycle to hire employees across the business.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to, supporting the recruitment life cycle by advertising vacancies, managing candidates, shortlisting, interviewing, managing the offer process and carrying out pre-employment checks. Furthermore, you will be responsible for document creation for each stage of the recruitment process, scheduling and coordinating interviews and liaising with external partners when required, organising arrangements for new hires, managing the HR inbox, data management and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant experience within a HR or Recruitment Administrator role, in-house or managed service recruitment coordination experience a distinct advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. You will also have proficiency using Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload while working in a fast-paced environment is required. Previous public sector recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar environment with proficient recruitment coordination, administrative and stakeholder skills you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
