Quality Management Systems Specialist
Your new company
Our client, a semi - state organisation, has a new and exciting opportunity for you as a Quality Systems Management Specialist. It is an exciting time for this organisation, experiencing huge growth & change. Protecting the environment and supporting social & economic growth are paramount to this organisation's mission. If you have a strong background in ISO Quality with knowledge of scoring tenders, dealing with audits and are seeking a new opportunity in a well established and growing business-this could be the role for you & we want to hear from you! Your new office is located in Dublin City and is easily accessible via public transport. Your new company offers a hybrid work model and wants you to join the team for up to 6 months.
Your new role
- Developing procedures in relation to ISO Management Systems
- Support the tender evaluation process in relation to Quality Scoring
- Develop IMS audit plans and schedules
- Execute the IMS Audit process as per approved plans and schedules, ensuring correct protocols and procedures are adhered to by the wider business
- Complete audit findings and audit reports
- Prepare findings and recommendations for management reviews
- Support the Corrective Action/Preventative Action Process
- Drive continual improvement across the organisation by leading, supporting and promoting the business CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Action) process as required
- Support any IMS projects as required
- Other duties may be required from time-to-time.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role. A relevant third level qualification or accreditation is desirable. Knowledge of Quality Systems, in particular, ISO9001, along with knowledge of audit and CAPA processes is required. Ideally, a background in quality management systems or other ISO management systems such as safety or energy is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Experience working within a team and independently with excellent organisational skills is necessary to effectively meet the deadlines. You will also have strong IT skills.
