Senior Analyst – Transfer Agency – Dublin/Limerick – 6 month Assignment

Your new company

My client, a wealth management, asset servicing, asset management, and banking solutions for institutions and affluent individuals, are actively recruiting for a Senior Analyst within their Transfer Agency division to join their growing team. A hybrid position, this could be based in their Dublin or Limerick offices.

Your new role

You will oversee the quality and timeliness of processing in India, acting as an escalation point for unresolved issues for the India TA Dealing team and junior team members in Ireland. You will handle daily client reporting, workflow queue management, and take ownership of TA Dealing team activities for assigned clients. Ensuring timely delivery of all outputs, maintaining up-to-date procedures and checklists, and completing data protection checks will be crucial. You will also maintain close relationships with other TA functional areas, work on allocated projects, respond promptly to client and investor queries, and comply with regulations and internal policies.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have a flexible approach to work and be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. With strong PC skills, including thorough knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and the ability to learn systems used within the business, are essential. Effective verbal reasoning, written communication, and numeric skills are also crucial, you have excellent planning and organisational skills, a high degree of professionalism, drive, and enthusiasm are required. You should be able to work on your own initiative and review and answer complex queries. Knowledge of fund administration and the regulatory environment is highly desirable, along with a good understanding of effective risk management. Transfer Agency experience would be advantageous, while Financial Services experience is required. Previous client-facing experience is preferable, and a college or university qualification is highly desirable.
