Part-Time Procurement Administrator | Dublin City/Hybrid | 9-month Assignment | €29,000 - €39000 Pro Rata

Your new company

As Procurement Administrator, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City and offers a hybrid work model. Your new company requires you to join their team for 9 months on a part-time basis. You can choose whether to work 14 or 21 hours per week.

Your new role

As Procurement Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Procure-To-Pay (P2P) process within Customer Operations. You will collaborate with people across a range of skillsets to ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with our policies and procedures and are completed in line with business requirements.

Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, processing of invoices using the Oracle Financial System; supporting our Accounts Payable and Finance Business Partner resolving vendor queries, and preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong competence and analytical skills (e.g., VLOOKUP function or similar) in Excel is essential. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar) is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy combined with strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills are required. You will be able to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. You will have strong communication skills with the ability to work independently using your own initiative and proactively address challenges with a positive and flexible approach.
