Your new role
This Associate Director role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Director or a driven Senior Manager to elevate their leadership, managerial, and technical expertise within a fast-paced, dynamic Company Secretarial department. You will work closely with partners across the firm, delivering impactful solutions to a broad range of clients.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead & Manage Projects: Oversee the delivery of a wide range of company secretarial assignments, providing guidance to junior team members and ensuring timely, accurate results.
  • Refine & Improve Processes: Lead and continuously refine the process for managing annual compliance matters for our clients, ensuring accurate and timely filings with key regulatory bodies.
  • Strategic Involvement: Actively contribute to the overall strategy of the department and the firm, staying ahead of market trends and developments to ensure our activities align with industry best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, motivate, and inspire your team, providing constructive feedback and playing an integral role in their professional development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, becoming their trusted advisor and helping to grow their business.
  • Business Development: Own your business development portfolio, proactively pitch for new business, and collaborate with partners on consultancy projects to drive the firm's growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage key operational aspects, including WIP, billing, resource allocation, and assignment scheduling, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Chartered Secretary qualification with recent and relevant experience
  • Strong technical expertise and a proven track record of managing diverse client portfolios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
