Your New Role
As a Project Management Officer, you will:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritise, and develop projects.
  • Planning project management activities, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks, and assigning team members.
  • Analyse financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Provide financial reports and budget outlines for executives.
  • Ensure projects meet company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
  • Document project creation, development, execution, scope, budget, and justification.
  • Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and provide guidance to project teams.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer within Financial Services is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
  • Good organisational and technical abilities.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications in project management.
  • Experience in Financial Services, specifically payments, is highly beneficial.
