Project Support Specialist | Perm | Hybrid (3 days WFH) | €DOE

Looking for a digital role with a difference? My client is seeking a Digital Projects Support to join its team. You'll be responsible for providing technical and procedural support to franchise members and internal teams, as well as promoting internal technologies and training office principals and employees on best practices.

You'll also play a key role in driving the adoption of digital projects and contributing to audits of technology engagement. With a hybrid working arrangement and the chance to travel nationwide, this is a permanent role that offers flexibility and variety.

To be considered, you should have experience in IT support or a related role, be proficient in all aspects of Office 365, and have strong interpersonal and organisational skills. A degree in Information Technology or a related field is desirable.

Location: Dublin 18 (with an element of travelling nationwide)
Permanent contract – hybrid (3 days WFH)

Responsibilities :
  • Provide ongoing technical support to franchise members, taking ownership of any issues or queries in a timely manner.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies in line with the overall countrywide business strategy.
  • Promote the business’ technologies with franchise members.
  • Train and upskill office principals and employees on the various technologies promoted by the business.
  • Use technology to support franchise members to address operational issues.
  • Upskill and train internal countrywide employees on best practice with technology.
  • Work to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation and proficiency across all digital projects.
  • Assist in audits of technology engagement & identify areas for improvement on an office-by-office basis.
  • Collaborate with the wider Digital Projects team, contributing to the delivery of the business plan, while supporting each other in the achievement of KPIs.
  • Provide project support to the Digital Projects team.
  • Manage relationships with countrywide clients and external suppliers.
  • Contribute to the overall countrywide team.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Must be technically proficient in all aspects of Office 365.
  • A degree in Information Technology or a related field is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills with an ability to prioritise workload and work on initiative.
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a car-at least in view required. A willingness to travel is essential.
