As an IT Financial Applications Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising financial systems essential for delivering secure and sustainable services across Ireland. Your responsibilities will include overseeing IT operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of applications such as Oracle E-business Suite and Hyperion. You’ll collaborate closely with business users to streamline processes and enhance system performance. Additionally, you will be involved in the design, architecture, and testing of new systems, while also supporting business continuity and disaster recovery efforts.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll need to succeed.
- 3+ years of experience in the design, support, and configuration of financial systems (e.g., Oracle E-business Suite, Hyperion).
- 2+ years in an IT operations environment is desirable.
- Relevant third-level qualification or accreditation.
- Experience in utilities or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong people management and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to develop effective partnerships with key stakeholders.
- A track record of proactively addressing complex issues in a timely manner.
- Highly motivated with a commitment to professional standards and team results.
- Strong analytical skills and adaptability to changing business strategies.
