New Insurance roles available across Ireland - Personal and Commercial Lines

Our client is currently hiring Insurance Reps / Renewals / Retention and Sales professionals, ideally with experience in Personal Lines, but we'll consider applicants who have a Commercial Lines background as our client remarkable growth has happened year-on-year, and their ambition is to continue this by expanding their existing team in key market territories, with dedicated industry sector focus and lead maximisation alongside with exceptional Customer Service.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for promoting and generating new business across all personal lines classes - motor, home, farm, van, health and marine. Nevertheless, roles within commercial lines classes are also available - Commercial Combined, Combined Liability, Motor Fleet, Shops and Offices, Property Owners, Directors and Officers, Cyber and Professional Indemnity.
You will assist with processing policy queries and changes in line with existing client’s needs, alongside supporting the annual renewal cycle, ensuring client retention, etc. Carry on day to day administrative needs associated with client’s policies. Identify cross-selling opportunities. Provide an excellent client experience overall and ensure positive engagement.
Working collaboratively and flexibly to support goal achievement. You will also ensure compliance with CBI, CPC, GDPR & internal policies at all times. This role supports clients both face to face and over the telephone.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience & knowledge in the insurance industry. APA qualified or working towards APA. You will be customer-focused and committed to providing an excellent service to clients. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
