Currently, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Account Executive to join their team and help them continue their tradition of excellence.

Your new role

As an Insurance Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and generating new business.

You will assist with processing policy queries and changes, aligning with existing clients’ needs, and supporting the annual renewal cycle to ensure client retention.

Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day administrative tasks related to clients’ policies and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

You will provide an exceptional client experience, ensuring positive engagement and satisfaction.
Working collaboratively and flexibly, you will support the achievement of team goals.

Additionally, you will ensure compliance with CBI, CPC, GDPR, and internal policies at all times.

This role involves supporting clients both over the telephone, offering a comprehensive and personalised service.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you should at least have completed some of your APA exams, ideally be CIP qualified. Experience in the insurance industry is essential. Your background should demonstrate your ability to work independently and effectively within the sector.

Key qualifications and skills include:
APA Exams, partially or fully completed (ideally CIP Certification)
Experience in any insurance-related role
Strong commitment to providing excellent client service
Ability to manage administrative tasks with precision
Compliance Knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Collaborative and flexible approach to achieving personal and team goals
