Your New Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle customer enquiries and work towards resolving them successfully. You will also promote our services and solutions while maintaining top-notch customer service and achieving your daily targets. Fully paid, office-based training is provided with ongoing support throughout your career. Previous experience is not required but is advantageous. This is a full-time, office-based position with a schedule of 42.5 hours per week, including working one in every three weekends.

What You'll Need To Succeed

To excel in this role, you must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. While prior experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment is beneficial, it is not essential. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, a passion for customer service, and a desire to thrive in a target-driven environment.
