Part-time Administrator

Your new company

Our client is seeking an administrator to join their dynamic team.

Your new role

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks including tender bid submissions, marketing documentation, social media, new staff orientation, and quality system administration. This role offers flexibility to work from any of our Irish offices.

  • Develop and prepare comprehensive tender documents
  • Collaborate with project directors and managers to gather necessary information
  • Design and update marketing materials using InDesign
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence
  • Assist with HR functions and general office administration

What you'll need to succeed

  • University degree
  • 3+ years office experience
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and proactive attitude
