Our client is seeking an administrator to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks including tender bid submissions, marketing documentation, social media, new staff orientation, and quality system administration. This role offers flexibility to work from any of our Irish offices.
- Develop and prepare comprehensive tender documents
- Collaborate with project directors and managers to gather necessary information
- Design and update marketing materials using InDesign
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence
- Assist with HR functions and general office administration
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree
- 3+ years office experience
- Strong IT skills (MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and proactive attitude
