Your new company
Your new employer is a well-established organisation with branches in numerous locations in Ireland. They are now seeking a Receptionist & Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As Receptionist & Administrator, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers as they arrive, answering calls, and connecting them to the appropriate person. You will also take messages and relay important details to the relevant parties, record incoming enquiries, and provide top-notch customer service.
In addition to customer service activities, you will be supporting various departments by providing administrative services. Your tasks will include verifying invoices, categorising calls received, updating various databases, and providing GDPR support. You may also be required to perform other administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in an administrative position, ideally customer-facing. You will be highly organised, personable with strong communication skills and a polite telephone manner. Previous experience in a reception role is an advantage.
