Your new role

As the new Category Sourcing Manager, you will be a part of a strong team that controls and manages a large annual spend. You will be sourcing for the larger organisation's construction and maintenance teams. You will be supporting internal teams, sourcing suppliers, negotiating deals and monitoring supplier's performance. As the new Category Sourcing Manager, you will be working cross-functionally in the documentation and sourcing of your team's needs and requirements. You will introduce new technologies, products and services from suppliers to your team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have procurement experience within the construction and telecoms industries, you will be confident in the sourcing of suppliers as well as the negotiation process. With your strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills, you will be comfortable working within a large organisation and meeting deadlines. A relevant qualification in procurement would be of benefit.
