You will be the main finance person in Ireland, reporting to the MD with a dotted line into Group HQ.

We want to hire an ambitious Financial Controller who will in time progress to the position of Finance Director. The finance function is currently being managed by an outsource provider. One of your key objectives is to bring the complete finance function in-house and develop appropriate systems/processes.

  • Oversee the completion of monthly payroll for the site. (approx. 100 employees)
  • Manage all regulatory returns including VAT and PAYE for ROI and UK jurisdictions
  • Engage and lead project work as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement: through working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Development/implementation of Financial IT systems including reports on stock, WIP etc

You must be ambitious to develop your career and demonstrate an energy that will support the growth of this expanding company.

  • Technically strong with the drive and creativity to develop business analytics and management information.

  • Fully Qualified Accountant and relevant experience working at Financial Controller level already.
  • Proven ability to deliver business improvement.
