What you'll be working on

You will elicit, document, and ensure the successful delivery of business requirements, oversee day-to-day delivery for a product-focused team, ensuring scope and technical requirements for sprints are understood and implemented. You will collaborate with the product team (Product Manager, UX/UI Designer, software developers) and other business units to leverage technology effectively.

What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in a Business Analysis role in a digital environment.
- Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar, such as Jira).
- Strong data skills and preferably a certification in Agile Product Ownership, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to empathise with customers.
- Self-motivation, commitment, and the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
- Curiosity and a hunger to learn and implement new technologies.
- Understanding of machine learning and AI basics.
