Looking for a challenging role in the equine industry? Look no further! A Cork-based manufacturer of equine products is searching for an Administrator/Customer Service Support to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
The job involves maintaining key customer accounts by providing product information, processing orders, and advising customers on alternatives. The candidate will also participate in evaluating and developing new and existing products, researching competitors' offerings, and providing administrative support to the team and management. The role includes dealing with retailers' requests, assisting with end consumer queries, and answering sales agents' questions. The candidate will update pricing records, liaise with various teams and departments, and perform other office/admin duties as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
The job requires someone with knowledge and experience in the equestrian industry. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organisational and self-management skills are a must, as the job involves managing multiple tasks within a busy environment and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are also required.
