They operate a network of over 3,500 stores across Ireland, making it easier for consumers to pay for various services and products.

Your new role

The role involves dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and through email, communicating and working alongside a team of call centre agents, data entry, providing excellent customer service and general administration duties.
This is a busy role and applicants must have excellent telephone communication skills, be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail with a friendly personality.
The ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You must be a proactive and motivated individual who has the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience (must be in a call centre)
