Your New Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all contracts related to our construction projects. You will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Managing change orders and resolving disputes
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Monitoring project costs and optimising resource allocation
- Ensuring adherence to contractual specifications and industry standards
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal terms, and industry-specific regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, law, or a related field
