Your new role
In this role you will work with IT and Supply Chain to determine what resources each tender will need and when the resources will be required. You will work on the expected dates for each tender to go to the governance approval committees. You will meet IT managers to gather requirements for each tender and feed these requirements to the Supply Chain function. You will co-ordinate the scoring of PQQ’s and ITN’s and ensure all questions are evaluated and responded to. You will coordinate numerous procurements simultaneously, working closely with supply chain colleagues, IT managers, and project managers to ensure deadlines are met. Additionally, the role involves engaging with suppliers for reviews, escalations, and contract renewals while ensuring a holistic approach to contract processes.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role would be a Business Analyst with some project management experience. You will be confident in working with tight timelines on multiple projects, possess strong analytical skills, and be efficient. The role involves project coordination, understanding policies and processes, meeting deadlines, and having a holistic view of projects. The candidate should be self-motivated, autonomous, and have a good understanding of business analytics.
Experience in the public sector or a highly regulated background is preferred. Knowledge of procurement is a plus.
