Your new role

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, define, and document business requirements related to ITSM processes.

• Conduct workshops and interviews to capture user needs, workflows, and process inefficiencies.

• Analyse and evaluate existing ITSM processes and tools to identify areas for improvement and develop a requirements specification.

• Identify and recommend solutions to enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3-5+ years experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and processes.
• Experience with ITSM toolsets (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Ivanti) is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of process improvement and successful implementation of ITSM solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex ITSM processes and recommend improvements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management, and business process modelling.
• Must be based in Ireland and flexible to work in Newbridge at least 2 days per week.
• Must currently hold an EEA passport or valid Stamp4/1G visa. (Visa must be valid for duration of contract).
