Your new company

Our client is a family-run business with a reputation for sourcing and distributing premium-quality food. With a team of 250+employees, they pride themselves on their traditional values and global industry leadership in food processing. They are currently seeking a HR professional to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will be 3 months at a minimum with the potential for further extension.

Your new role

As part of this close-knit team, you will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, handling new starter contracts, and ensuring smooth HR administration. The client is open to a range of experience levels for this position, so duties may vary depending on the individual's level of experience.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have 2–5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of local labour laws and employment regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. Strong organisational skills are required for this role, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
