Your new role


You will grow and manage the tax division and will be expected to assist clients across the broad spectrum of taxes. This will include:

• Managing, building and leading our growing tax department.
• Building, developing and managing client relationships with existing, new and prospective connections.
• Assisting with consultancy and M&A assignments to include corporate restructurings.
• Tax research with regard to consultancy assignments.
• Tax planning / strategic tax advice.
• Advising clients on corporate and personal tax matters.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have a keen interest in contributing to the strategic growth and direction of the firm.
• You will be passionate about leading, inspiring and developing your team.
• You will have strong project management skills in leading large-scale tax projects, including coordinating with other advisors, managing timelines and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
• You will have the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• You will have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and will interact at senior level with corporate clients and the senior leadership team.
• You will have strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders.
