Your new role
Reporting directly to the Tax Partners and/or Directors, you will join a team of experienced Tax professionals, with the opportunity to work on a variety of clients (FS and non-FS roles available) across both tax compliance and advisory engagements for direct tax. Your new role
Reporting directly to the Tax Partners and/or Directors, you will join a team of experienced Tax professionals, with the opportunity to work on a variety of clients (FS and non-FS roles available) across both tax compliance and advisory engagements for direct tax. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage a client portfolio and work as part of team on tax engagements
- Deliver an excellent quality of service to clients, managing client expectations and resolving client queries
- Deliver tax projects within defined timelines, predominantly corporate tax related - preparation, review, advice and filing
- Mentor juniors, delegating and reviewing their workload, providing coaching and support as required
- Build relationships internally in the firm to optimise cross-selling opportunities and collaborations between teams and utilise resources as effectively as possible
- Ongoing business development with clients to identity opportunities to expand portfolios and land new client
What you'll need to succeed
- You must have local Irish tax experience , this is a must-have requirement
- You should be a fully qualified Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA)
- You will need experience working within tax in an accountancy practice during your career - ideal profile is coming directly from a Tax role in another firm
- Direct tax experience is preferred - Corporation Tax is a distinct advantage
