In your new role, you will use your experience to identify the businesses' hiring needs for both now and in the future.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage Candidate sourcing channels
• Reporting on progress
• Screening
• Interviewing
• Negotiating
• Managing expectations of both the candidate and hiring managers
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Build and maintain relationships
• Monitoring and analysing recruitment metrics to improve the internal hiring process

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

• A solid recruitment background and experience of in-house sourcing

• Ability to design job descriptions and interview questions

• Degree in a related field

• Experience with managing applicant tracking systems, professional networks and social media
