Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Dublin

Your new company

You will be joining a public sector utility operator that strives to lead Ireland's transition to a low carbon future. Your new office is located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis. You will have a hybrid working model, 2 days a week in the office.

Your new role

As the TA Coordinator, you will manage the ATS, ensuring all roles are progressing, monitoring and reporting on all stages. You will work closely with the TA team, planning, and ensuring a seamless interview experience for all parties involved. You will support the team throughout the recruitment process, including working with external parties to complete any necessary documentation. Manage the recruitment mailbox, ensuring timely professional responses. You will ensure data integrity is maintained to produce management reports. Work with agency partners, ensuring they have the correct information to service needs. Support team in all stages of the process including preparation of contracts, close-out of interview process, following-up on queries, work permits or any other duties related to the TA department.

What you'll need to succeed

As the TA Coordinator, you will have at least 3 years’ relevant experience supporting a team. You will have experience using an ATS system. You will have excellent problem solving skills. You must have strong attention to detail and good knowledge of MS Excel along with the ability to produce quality reports. You must be an excellent communicator with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
