Systems Operations Coordinator | Perm | Dublin City (Hybrid 1–2 days onsite p/Week) | €DOE

We are looking for an experienced System Operations and Asset Management Coordinator to join a large team of experts in the public space. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Near Time/Real Time team within the System Operations Function, as well as supporting other teams within the Function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor control centre shift rota by ensuring all leave is covered fairly by a team of relief staff.
  • Organise and manage access to the control centre for staff performing testing, training, support and Facilities/IT-related activities.
  • Administering policy, processes and procedures drive their periodic review by the relevant contributors to these documents.
  • Collate and input data into team dashboards and internal and external reports.
  • Following up on non-technical issues as they arise in the control centre and ensuring there is resolution.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and events for staff.
  • Managing the Share Point site ensures all documentation is filed and stored in a logical and auditable manner.
  • Work collaboratively to produce templates, status reports and performance reports; compile activity logs and update risks, issues and actions relating to various projects.
  • Use your own initiative and work proactively to ensure the near Time / Real Time office runs smoothly.
  • Use clear and concise communication methods to report progress at all levels of the organisation.
  • Support the wider team responsibilities as required during periods of high workload.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
  • Relevant operational and technology administration experience within a corporate environment
  • Proficient in SharePoint and MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Access, Word
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, while also being able to define and guide your own work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to tactfully handle confidential data
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
