Your new company is one of Ireland's leading fresh produce providers who operate across several facilities in Ireland, assisted by a vast network of local growers. They are now looking for a stock controller / sales admin to join their team.

Your new role

The job requires managing and maintaining accurate stock management systems and conducting daily physical stock counts. The role involves investigating and reconciling any stock discrepancies and overseeing the booking process and product conversion. The candidate will need to liaise with the sales team to ensure accurate sales order processing and with the purchasing department to prevent overstocking and ordering. The job also requires managing and assuming responsibility for the dumping/LIR of stock and minimising risk and stock losses. Sales administrative duties will also be required.

What you'll need to succeed

The job requires someone with familiarity of supply chain procedures, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and computers, great attention to detail, quick problem-solving abilities, awareness of stock levels, experience in the food production industry and ability to manage multiple transactions within strict timelines. Fluency in written and spoken English is also required.
