To continue their growth and expansion, they are looking to hire a Site Manager for a large-scale residential project in Cork.

Your new role will be as Site Manager on a large-scale residential project. The project consists of a mix of 50+ residential units including houses and apartments. You will report into the Project and Contracts Manager assigned to the development, with responsibility for carrying out the management of the day-to-day operations.

Coordinating and organising direct and subcontractor staff, as well as providing project update reports and attending weekly management meetings.

You will ideally have a construction related degree or come from a trade background.
5 years + experience in a Site Management role with a residential developer or main Contractor is required.
You must have a strong knowledge of MS platforms and be willing to progress with an ever-growing company. You must have a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff and subcontractors.

You will work for a leading main building contractor that has a pipeline of work including current projects to keep them busy for the next 3+ years.

The salary range is between €70,000 – €80,000.
