Your new role

• Interpreting and implementing construction plans and drawings.
• Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site.
• Ensuring all measurements and calculations are accurate.
• Coordinating with site managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Maintaining detailed site records and reports.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise during construction.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (e.g., Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a salary between €45,000 - €55,000 depending on experience, plus a financial package consisting of a company vehicle & fuel allowance.
