Your new role

Manage and execute rebalancing trades across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
Provide timely and accurate execution of trades in line with investment strategies and market conditions.
Monitor market trends and conditions to inform trading decisions and optimise execution strategies.
Collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts to ensure alignment with investment objectives.
Conduct post-trade analysis and reporting to evaluate execution performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with brokers, counterparties, and other market participants.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in trading and execution.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in trading and execution within financial markets.
Strong understanding of market structures, trading platforms, and execution strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in trading software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
