They have been involved in over 10,000 units being delivered since 2019 and work closely with local authorities / public bodies and the LDA.
Your new role
Your new role is to be based on one of their Dublin projects (They have work in several locations and require several engineers). All ongoing projects include residential work, high-end housing and apartments.
Projects are underway and have over 3 years remaining on each.

You will liaise with the design team and other parties involved to ensure the construction team has all the required information to carry out the specified work. It is required that you have 5+ years on site as a Site Engineer who has a strong track record of working on medium-sized to large-scale projects.
You will have a third level civil engineering qualification.
You will be extremely competent with all site engineering systems, GPS & Total Station, in order to offer guidance to site engineers where required.

What you'll get in return
You will work for one of Ireland's largest developers that has a delivery pipeline for the next 15 years.
You will work as part of a strong team and for a company that values their employees, they have very little turnover and pride themselves on their stability and culture within the organisation.
It is a good time to join the organisation as the salaries and packages offered are very strong and are reflected on your knowledge.
€70,000 to €85,000 with a financial package will be offered.
This would come with a fully expensed vehicle. Added extras including pension, healthcare and a discretionary bonus.
They offer flexible working and have generous annual leave in place.
If you are interested in other types of positions, those that include hourly paid positions, apply within as there are several opportunities within different companies if this doesn't suit
