Your new company is a legal service based in Dublin that supports solicitors across Ireland. It is an established, large-scale public-sector organization that provides ongoing support to Ireland’s legal sector. Your new company is seeking an experienced individual with a Psychological and Professional Services background.

As the new Psychological Services Executive, you will be required to work in partnership with your team to progress your new companies project over the next year. In your new role you will manage systems that ensure development, budget and compliance requirements are met. You will support with project management and the evaluation of the project. As the new Psychological Services Executive, you will complete trainings and build resources to support in the running of the companies project while working in partnership with stakeholders to develop the services offered by your new team to the solicitors you work with.

To succeed in this role, you will be required to have at least 7 years of experience working in Professional Services role routed in the Psychological field. You will be a candidate who is value and purpose driven. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting cultural change throughout their new company and all clients they work with. As the new Executive in the Psychological Services branch of your new company, you will have managed a team and worked to foster a positive, collaborative culture within the team you work with. You will have strong communication, organizational and relationship-building skills. You will have a positive attitude and possess a third level qualification in Organizational Psychology or a related field.

This is a 12-month contract where you will gain invaluable experience working in a close-knit team in order to support a positive cultural change in the legal field in Ireland.
