Your new role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale construction projects. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. You will also be tasked with identifying and mitigating risks, resolving any issues that arise, and continuously improving project processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. - Residential Experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A PMP or equivalent certificate is preferred.

What you'll get in return

In return for your hard work you will be paid a generous salary ranging from €75,000 - €95,000 (depending on experience)
