Your new role
Report to an experienced Finance Director within the SSC that has ownership of all regions outside the USA. This is a broad role, there is complexity and, yes, it's challenging but very rewarding. This Senior Finance Manager job will involve managing stakeholder relationships across multiple regions,

• Manage the Month End close, P&L and balance sheet account analysis, review, reconciliation and resolution.
• Ensure ledger integrity and financial compliance all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure financial records are in compliance with GAAP.
• Support, lead and manage the team.
• Developing your team involves recruitment, retention, motivation, performance management and development of your team.
• Contribute to the strategic focus and lead key priorities of the company.
• Manage with internal and external auditors and supports quarter-end, interim and year-end audits.
• Coordination of Balance Sheet Reviews with the relevant EMEA Controller and Market Finance Leads for respective Market.
• Responsible for supporting and reviewing the Statutory Accounting Activities of a number of entities.

What you'll need to succeed

• You must be an experienced finance professional, qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, CPA with 8+ years experience with a multinational company.
• Proven people leadership and management skills are pre-requisite for success in this position.
