Your new role

• Analysing business performance, evaluating costs, and providing constructive feedback to management.
• Experience in cost accounting is desirable but not essential.
• Leading external group reporting.
• Coordinating management accounts preparation.
• Compiling and presenting financial and management reports for senior leadership review.
• Assisting with business planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Supervising the treasury function, including managing foreign exchange.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Be a Fully Qualified Accountant.
• 3-5 experience in a manufacturing background.
• Experience in cost and management accounting.
• Develop reporting processes independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience of leading and mentoring a team.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central.
• Power is desirable but not essential.

What you'll get in return

• Salary 75k – 85K DOE
• Pension 3% company contribution after 6-month probation.
• Health €400 per year.
• AL – 22 days.
• Accountancy membership paid.
• Hours : 8–4.30 pm
• Hybrid : 4 days in the office, one day at home.
