Your new company

Our client, experts in Construction Modelling & Coordination, require a Sales & Marketing Executive to join the team on a permanent basis due to company expansion / growth. This would be an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer!

Your new role

The job involves conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for business development. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation by conducting market research, making outbound calls, sending emails, and building customer relationships to generate sales. They will develop presentation content and design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials to enhance the company's brand presence. The candidate will also manage social media platforms and create engaging content to drive customer traffic and promote the company's services.

What you'll need to succeed

The job requires a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with an understanding of technical or engineering environments. The candidate should have strong analytical and IT skills, including experience with social media platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO. The candidate should also have a level 7/8 qualification in business, technical, or marketing and be able to complete desk research to extract key insights and data to support the marketing strategy of the business.
