Sales Executive - Dublin 4 / hybrid - €40,000-45,000 DOE - Permanent

Your new company

As Sales Executive, you will join a leading Global Commercial Real Estate Agent Services based in Dublin 4. Your new company requires you to join their team on a full-time permanent contract basis with a flexible hybrid working model.

Your new role

The main function of this role is to provide support to the Business Development Manager through sales, negotiation and world-class customer service, to ensure customer needs are met without compromising quality.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • To support the BDD (Business Development Director) with the negotiation and closing of sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Develop and build professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients. Build relationships with operational managers and support functions.
  • Consider innovative means to develop new sources of profitable business and discuss the feasibility of these with the BDD.
  • Develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, in line with Company standards, using the specialist support functions (procurement, HR, QHSE etc) as well as local managers and the BDD.
  • Industry events, networking events and always promoting CBRE image.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.
  • Keep the BDM fully updated on all activities and prepare weekly data required by the Sales Director.
  • Ensure that appropriate signoffs are adhered to.
  • Maintain records and relevant contract documentation in support of tenders and re-bids for business.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will possess the below requirements:

  • Higher education qualifications
  • 2+ years in a fast-paced, office-based sales environment
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Works well with both larger and smaller teams
  • Ability to meet deadlines, timely and accordingly
  • Flexibility to travel outside of Ireland in line with business requirements, on occasion and out of work hours
