Recruitment Coordinator , Castlebar
Your new company
You will be joining a public sector body with huge growth across Ireland. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Completion of vacancy templates, updating system, liaising with HR on recruitment needs
- Preliminary review and screening of CV's for shortlisting
- Logistics for interviews: coordinating candidates and hiring managers
- Managing local arrangements for on-boarding, raising requests for equipment & system access etc
- Liaising with Training team on training needs, ensuring training records are kept up to date as well as various other duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 2 years' experience working in a recruitment role. You will have strong computer skills with experience using an ATS system, experience screening candidates, managing interview processes and on-boarding. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and able work on own initiative. You must have your own vehicle as there is an element of travel involved in the role.
