Your new role

The Recruitment Co-Ordinator supports all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring consistent onboarding across the organisation. The ideal candidate should have in-house recruitment experience and strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Key duties include managing the recruitment process (advertising, candidate management, shortlisting, interviewing, offers, pre-employment checks, and contract issuance), ensuring compliance with policies and codes of practice, creating documents, scheduling interviews, coordinating new hire arrangements, administering HR inboxes, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, and handling ad-hoc HR projects. Resilience, the ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

What you'll need to succeed

They should have a minimum of one year’s HR administration experience, with in-house or managed service recruitment coordination being advantageous. Essential skills include excellent organizational abilities, the capacity to prioritize tasks with urgency, strong attention to detail, and maintaining high quality and accuracy in high-volume tasks. Candidates should be highly motivated, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively and professionally at all levels.
