As Recruiter, you will join a reputable person-centred, rights-based organisation that is dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with disabilities. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin 7 and is accessible via public transport. Your new company is offering this exciting opportunity on a 6-month temporary basis.

As a Recruiter, you will process job adverts (internal and external on all recruitment platforms), enter the applicant’s details onto the recruitment module as well as process interview files, adhering to strict deadlines etc. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to the setup of HR files for successful candidates, carrying out recruitment checks, collecting references, Garda Vetting and medicals, adhering to deadlines and ensuring HIQA compliance. You will also ensure that all recruitment related spreadsheets are kept up to date at all times while disposing of recruitment files and applications following interviews. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of accuracy are maintained in all elements of recruitment and selection. Other ad hoc duties may be required.

You will ideally have at least 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Suite, in addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. You will be able to work on initiative and multitask. Experience within the Public Sector and/or Healthcare sector is advantageous. With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
