Your new role

• Manage and lead the operations of the power plant together, ensuring alignment with the maintenance teams according to the customer’s instructions, ensuring that defined targets are achieved, and the works are carried out safely, economically and within environmental and other design limits of the plant. When required, carry out the role of Windfarms Operational controller. The role includes operations planning and reporting, materials logistics and management.
• Responsible for ensuring that the material management alongside with purchasing and contract management meet the company standards and supporting all the operations in the company within the agreed budget.
• Liaise with the compliance and trading functions to ensure the most financially beneficial position for the assets while maintaining all necessary compliance is met.
• It plays a key role in the implementation of the Renewable Energy Business Management System including co-ordinating interfaces with customers, partners, regulatory authorities and accreditation bodies. Having responsibility for meeting challenging commercial, safety, environmental and quality targets.

What you'll need to succeed

• B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent in a related technical discipline.
• Experience - 10 years plus in a similar role.
• Experience in Steam Boiler, Steam Turbine plant.
• Excellent people management skills are required.
